Included are a covered patio overlooking a private, 12' dive pool with child sized slide, large fenced yard for your children & pet, 8' mahogany wet bar and billiard table in game room, open cherrywood & granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, master bedroom with split king bed & full sleeper sofa in the sitting area, seperate dressing and bathroom & walk in closet, 2 additional queen bedrooms divided by a full bath with tub and twin onyx pedistal sinks resting on a bed of riverock. Positioned conveniently at one end of this area is a full laundry room. To intensify your relaxation we've provided intercom music controls throughout the entire residence and patio. At the opposite end of this home you'll find a private 650 s/f master suite, with queen bedroom, small dining area and full bed in the sitting room, a breakfast kitchen & seperate entrance. When traveling with little ones, don't worry about the highchair, beach toys or blankets. We've got it all there for use during your stay. Videos, board and outdoor games are provided for the whole family too! Our large yard makes this property perfect for family reunions or events and groups. Area Description

Located in a peaceful,country setting with wild peacocks and horses, spacious lots and great weather year round. Near all city amenities and local attractions, including PGA National Resort, Spa and Golf Course, Rapids Water Park, Wild Country Safari, Playland, Veterans Hospital, world famous Worth Avenue, City Place, West Palm Beach Convention Center, Kravitz Center, Jupiter Theater, Sailfish Marina, Downtown At The Gardens, Legacy Place, Gardens Mall, too many restaurants to mention from take-out to fine dining on the waterfront, numerous beaches, tennis and water sports and highway connections to all areas of interest. We are located only 2 1/2 hours from Orlando and all the amazing attractions they offer, surely a day trip to consider. Our weather in Summer usually ranges between 82-92 degrees and the Atlantic water temperature dances around 78-82. We have some of the greatest fishing, kayaking and diving spots just off our coastline for you to enjoy. Maybe you'd like to hop a water taxi and spend a day at Peanut Island, a local boaters' hangout where President Kennedy had a bunker built during his administration, now open for tours. A great Vacation Home, August 25, 2009

This was the best vacation that are family ever had. We all got together In this wonderful home. We came from Atlanta and New York in all 10 people. You do not even have to leave the house, It's great the pool is wonderful, the kids had a great time. The beach is only 15 min away, and the water park is also wonderful and very close. Regina & Joe are the best & just a phone call away, they help you anyway they can. If you want to get the whole family together and have the best time of your life, please call Regina, you will not find anything better in Florida then this house.

Exellent vacation house, April 22, 2009

We were 2 families (10 people) visiting Florida and stayed 1 week in this house. Had room for all and plenty of room to host our guests. The house had lots of room and with three baths there was never much waiting. The kids loved the pool . Some days we were content just hanging around the house since it had all we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We were impressed with all the assistance from Regina and Joe. If we visit Florida again we will definitely look into this house again. We can definitely recommend this house to a large family or party of more than 4 persons (but is also excellent for fewer!) We give 5 stars as a rating...easily!

We vacationed in August of 2008, I was a bit skeptical as sometimes you do not always get what is displayed on the net, but this was exactly what is shown and more, great for relaxation with family. Nice country setting but still all amenities is just a walk away. The kids enjoyed the pool, older folks just enjoyed the relaxation. We would definately recommend our friends and would return in the near future. The owner/s a gem to work with.

The home is beautiful, spacious and complete. You do not have to leave the property for any reason unless you choose to. The pool is perfect and inviting. The covered porch is where we ate and socialized. Great for a large group, seniors and the handicapped. Owner is trustworthy and easy to work with. Rent and enjoy!
