This lovely unattached home is in a private location features a Master bedroom Suite with king sized bed and walk in closets, private bath with soaking tub and separate shower and double sinks; second bedroom with twin beds; second bathroom; den with pull out queen sized sofa bed; additional queen sized sofa bed in LR; formal dining room; full laundry room; totally private screened in patio and covered lanai; kitchen with breakfast nook and sitting area; 2 car garage and driveway. 1655 square feet of living space. Steps away to lovely community pool.
Minimum 3 month requirement during December through April. $3500.00 per month December through April. PGA National Members Club Sports Membership available for an additional $1,000 per month which entitles the Member to use the golf (5 Master designed 18-hole golf courses), tennis (19 Har -Tru clay Tennis Courts, 11 lit for night play), fitness (32,000 sq. ft. Fitness Center), croquet, swimming, social and resort facilities. Sports Members are charged greens fees, and are required to pay golf cart fees. Sports Members are entitled to a two day sign-up privilege to reserve golf tee times. Best deal out there for this lovely home in a wonderful community!
