Rental Rate Details:
$4000.00 per month January through April. (January, Feb and March already rented for 2010)
$3000.00 per month December and May
$2500.00 per month June, July, August, September, October and November.

PGA National Members Club Sports Membership may be available for an additional monthly fee plus transfer fee, please inquire if interested.

Long term rates as well as shorter term rates are available, please inquire if interested.

Security Deposit required plus $150.00 cleaning fee.



PGA National Members Club Sports Membership may be available for an additional monthly fee plus transfer fee which entitles the Member to use the golf (5 Master designed 18-hole golf courses), tennis (19 Har -Tru clay Tennis Courts, 11 lit for night play), fitness (32,000 sq. ft. Fitness Center), croquet, swimming, social and resort facilities. Sports Members are charged greens fees, and are required to pay golf cart fees. Sports Members are entitled to a two day sign-up privilege to reserve golf tee times. Best deal out there for this lovely home in a wonderful community!
