Within walking distance (2 blocks- less than 5 minute walk) to the crystal clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and beach (rated as one of the best beaches in South Florida). Residence is also just 3 blocks from Palm Beach/Lake Worth Inlet ( less than 3 minute walk) and 1 block east from Sailfish Marina and the intercoastal waterway.

The house is located in the Town of Palm Beach Shores which occupies the southern portion of Singer Island. The Town has its own police and volunteer fire department and is a very quiet,safe and secure environment. The house is situated one block away from the town's municipal center. There is a tropical parkway that runs through the center of town, ending at the Palm Beach/Lake Worth Inlet.The house,on the west side, borders the parkway at its widest point.
There are plenty of activities to do on the island which include:world-class fishing;scuba diving; snorkeling; parasailing; sailing; boat and jet ski rental;water taxi service is available to explore Peanut Island (directly across from the Marina)...where you can visit the historic bomb shelter of JFK, picnic on the island, snorkel the lagoons; you can take the taxi to be dropped off downtown Clematis Street (West Palm Beach) for night life and dining or enjoy a narrated sightseeing tour of Palm Beach from the boat; stroll along the tropical parkway to the inlet and watch the boats navigating through the inlet,enjoy the evening from the vantage point of one of the Town's gazebos along the inlet pathway; visit the ship's store for tropical gifts/clothing,jewelry, home furnishing etc.; feed the fish at the seawall aquarium-dockside at the Marina, enjoy the Sunset Celebration at the Marina(every Thursday night-vendors selling tropical gifts/food and entertainment), view the sunsets from the Marina, as you enjoy fresh catch-of-the-day dinners at the Marina's restaurant. You also have some of the best golfing and other recreational activities available at world renowned Breakers Hotel/PGA National.
