Description of the Palm Beach Shores vacation home rental

This 2500 sq. ft. 1 story home is located 1 block from the beach on Singer Island and was completly rebuilt like new in 2007. Beautiful tile floors throughout, granite countertops in the "gourmet" kitchen and baths, new high end pool, spa and waterfall remotely controlled by state of the art Jandy technology. Gorgeous new "Crate and Barrel" interior decore with a wonderful floor plan. Master bedroom is separate at the rear of the house and walks out onto large poolside covered veranda which is furnished with lovely wicker furniture. The formal dining table sits 8, plus there are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar and two other teak tables outside that sit 10. Six lounge chairs and two umbrellas make pool-side living easy and comfortable for all. The circle drive and long driveway provide lots of convenient off street parking. Walk to the beach (2 free cabana set ups on the beach are included), the marina, the Ocean Mall or just relax by your own private pool. This home has it all!

Area Information

Palm Beach Shores is a very safe small community on the south end of Singer Island. This home is 1 block to the Atlantic Ocean with a nice wide beach with cabana rentals, 2 blocks to the Palm Beach inlet (great fishing) and 3 blocks to the intercoastal waterway and Sailfish Marina. Enjoy the walking trail down the center of the island, the new Ocean Mall which is in walking distance and John MacArthur State Park which is just a short drive north of Palm Beach Shores where there are hiking trails, kayaking and a beautiful pristine natural beach. There are several excellent restaurants with entertainment within walking distance of this home and it is just a short drive to PGA Blvd. which provides extensive shopping, including The Gardens Mall and many fine restaurants and public and private golf courses closeby, including PGA National. This home is 15-20 minutes from the airport depending on traffic and is just a short drive to Palm Beach proper and the high-end shopping experience of Worth Ave., The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, theaters and many more highly rated restaurants.

Vacation Paradise

Our family of six spent a week in this beautiful home. It is tastefully decorated, clean, and loaded with amenities and personal touches that make you feel like you're staying at a luxury resort. The pool, spa and patio are surrounded by gorgeous tropical landscaping in a very quiet and private neighborhood, which is within walking distance to the beach, intercoastal waterway, and marina. Perfection!

Perfect vacation rental for all ages

Our vacation rental was perfect for our family. My kids ages range from 17 to 5 years of age. This homes location enabled the older kids to walk to shopping mall and beach. My younger kids enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to inlet and watch the boats coming in and out. As parents we had no worries because of the very safe , family neighborhood. The second you walk through the front door you feel like you are at home. Everything from pool toys to games were there for kids and the home has everything you could ever need. Marcy the property manager was great, she even met us at 1:00 am with a smile! Marcy was only a phone call away to answer any questions we had . We cannot wait to go back!!!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

We have two young children so we wanted to make sure that the home we chose was very comfortable and close to ammenities. The house is beautiful inside and out, it is very well maintained, and has a very calming atmosphere. Vicky the owner was friendly and polite and the property manager was very accomodating and flexible. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes etc and there was a basic supply of staples and spices etc which was very nice when it came to preparing meals. The pool area was excellent with also sorts of vegetation for privacy, yet it did not feel constricting. This home is very close to the water on all three sides of Singer island and you always had a wonderful sea breeze. We rarely heard a sound from the surrounding homes and buildings. The beach is a very short walk which gave a stunning view of the atlantic, and you could watch all of the different and interesting boats going in and out. It is walking distance to Sail Fish marina and other restaurants. (even with little ones) We would absolutely rent this property again.

This property should have 6 stars!! My whole family and I were on Singer Island for my nephews wedding, we had 10 people staying at Vicki's amazing home and our entire experience could not have been better, I have stayed in numerous vacation homes, this is feeling like a guest in a family members gorgeous private home, every amenity, household items, beach items, everything that anyone could possibly want or need is included!!! It was the PERFECT setup for a family, we spent soooo many hours on the patio, the whole family can relax together and swim or just enjoy the property, even the pictures do not do it justice!! We all wanted to thank Vicki for letting us enjoy her home, our 84 yr old mom has never been so happy!!

Perfect Vacation!!!

We could not have asked for more! This home was an ideal place for our family Easter vacation. We have stayed at many locations over the years, but this well-appointed home is without a doubt the nicest and most comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other activities. The pool and spa were the icing on the cake!! There was no reason to leave the house! We will return!
