Description of the Palm Coast vacation condo rental

This is my personal residence that I rent for part of the year. It's furnished with tasteful, comfortable furnishings, complete with quality leather recliner and leather sofa and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
The complex is secured by a 24 hour guard gate and has underground parking.

The beaches at The Surf Club at Matanza Shores are unspoiled and uncrowded with large coquina rocks dotting the shoreline. The grounds are tropical, manicured, and clean. Two swimming pools--one is heated--,along with clubhouse and reading room overlook the ocean. Private access to the Intracoastal Waterway allows for day boat docking and great fishing!! Tennis Courts are available, too! The are national and state parks short distances both north and south and west. Wonderful area for walking and biking.

Excellent restaurants abound just north in the area. One of my favorites is just a few minutes south of the condo.
