Description of the Palm Coast vacation condo rental

6th Floor. Brand new condo. Everything inside is new.
Enjoy unobstructed panoramic, spectacular views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from the 6th floor...breathtaking view of the sunrise from the spacious living room balcony or master bedroom suite from this meticulous brand new condo. Fully furnished with brand new furnitures in every room.

Includes an office for those who just can't seem to get away from business.

Enjoy the morning sunrise from your private balcony and romantic walks along Florida's most beautiful beaches.


LENGHT OF STAY: Condo Association will not allow less than a month rental period. Therefore, we are not able to rent for anything less than 30 days.... SORRY

There are three seafood restaurants very close to our condo on A1A. JTs Seafood Shack and Mad Dog and the Matanzas Inlet Restaurant. All have great seafood, and all beachy casual. The little outdoor sub shack just south of us really has great subs, and soft serve ice cream.

Flagler Beach is about 15 minutes south on A1A. This is a great town with a wonderfully beautiful drive down. The ocean is immediately on the highway and the restaurants are across the street with an unobstructed view of the ocean. There are a lot of fun restaurants down there. Blue is a fine dining restaurant, also in Flagler Beach. The little ice cream shack has homemade ice cream.

Palm Coast is south on A1A, Publix, Walmart and Home Depot are there, as well as restaurants, drug stores, fast food, Outback, Ruby Tuesday, Cracker Barrel and more. Palm Coast is a beautiful, resort town. You will find the European Village to the left with a great Italian restaurant, Barbara Jeans, breakfast and a tea room, as well as a great pizza restaurant and fun shopping. There is also a wine shop and a martini bar.

Historic St. Augustine Beach is about 15 minutes north on A1A

The Outlet Mall and Belz Outlet Mall are great shopping destinations.
