Description of the Palm Coast vacation condo rental

Special SUMMER rates for our penthouse condo in Canopy Walk situated within minutes of 24 great public golf courses, beaches and your favorite watersport. Swim, shop & play in the Florida sunshine! Only 90 minutes to Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral.

No Booking/Amenities Fees at this resort! We do not charge an additional amenities/booking fee of 4.95% as charged at the Cinnamon Beach units managed by Vacation Rental Pros. This is in their fine print. Ours is owner managed so we have no additional fees.

Our penthouse condo features three bedrooms, two baths and nearly fourteen hundred square feet of waterfront luxury living. The Master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed and great view of the ICW from two large windows. The Master bath has double sinks, full glass shower with a hand-held water massage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins. A soft, comfortable couch in the living room also pulls out to a queen size sleeper with an innerspring mattress. Each bedroom is also furnished with full-size dressers, mirrors, nightstands, chairs and lots of natural light. High-speed internet access, three televisions, two DVD players, a full-size washer and dryer and a one-car garage add up to a combination of entertainment and convenience!

This new and upgraded top-floor condo has a panoramic VIEW of the Intracoastal Waterway that stretches as far as the eye can see with a spacious feel from the cathedral ceilings (only available on the top floor). Decorated by a professional interior designer, the look is light, bright and nautical and furnished for a great getaway!

Area Information

Canopy Walk is a gated community in Palm Coast, Florida, located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) with its own private marina. Relax and watch the sailboats, yachts and dolphins pass by or enjoy the shops and restaurants within walking distance at the exciting “European Village.” The beach is only 5 minutes away and historic St. Augustine and playful Daytona Beach are just a half hour drive along the scenic coast.

Located on 53 wooded acres, Canopy Walk offers its own clubhouse complete with zero-entry heated pool, hot tub/spa, water playground with a slide for the kids, workout room with TVs, billiard table, a barbecue area, separate cabanas with fans and a porch with rocking chairs just to do nothing. When you’re off your rocker there’s a beach volleyball area, a basketball court a stocked fishing lake. Three different lighted hiking trails wind around Canopy Walk and a seven mile bike path, that runs along the water’s edge, meanders through the Palm Coast community. If you are into boating, powerboats and kayaks at the nearby Palm Coast Marina.

Those of you who have had golf weeks here before know how convenient & great it is. If you haven’t, now’s a great time to enjoy the Florida sunshine & play a few rounds! Located only 30 minutes away is the World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine,then only a few minutes more are the world class greens of Ponte Vedra Beach and Sawgrass.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were five ~ parents and three 20ish daughters. There was enough space that we all had some privacy. The furnishings were comfortable ~ just right. We would definitely go back!

A great vacation spot

The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you could want for your stay. It is roomy and the screened in porch is great for relaxing and watching the activity on the intercoastal waterway. The complex has great walking/biking trails, a very nice exercise room, and a great pool for relaxing after a day at the beach. The city of Palm Coast did not have quite enough activity for our teenage boys but the location is conveniently located to make day excursions to other beach towns and even go to Daytona Beach for a day of fun and minor league Cubs baseball! Overall a great place I would recommend for those looking for a calm and relaxing place to vacation.

After renting for four winters at Canopy Walk...two seasons in unit #844 and two in neighboring units...I can honestly state that this luxury condo far out-shined the others. Both years we were greeted with lovely gift baskets filled with a variety of edible goodies and the bathrooms were nicely appointed with useful toiletries. We found the unit immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was organized and well equipped for cooking. There are three Tv's, an up to date video player and two bicycles available for exploring the miles of biking trails. Being on the top floor, this unit has
perhaps the best inter coastal view of the entire complex. If you are lucky
enough to book a vacation, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Chris.

My husband and I spent the month of November, 2011 in this condo. It is immaculately kept, beautifully furnished, and we felt like it was a second home. Christine has paid attention to every detail in both furnishing the condo as well as leaving information for the renter regarding restaurants, shopping, boating and golfing info, etc. We had lovely weather the entire month and hated to leave. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching many sail and power boats pass through the Intercoastal Waterway from as far away as Toronto, Canada traveling south for the winter. We estimate we saw 600 to 700 boats during our stay from super yachts to smaller sailboats. Christine was excellent to deal with, very communicative both before and during our stay.
