• Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to secure this property. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to rental date. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment. $250 security deposit is required at time of booking and will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure if unit is left in acceptable condition with no damage.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $75. Pet fee (small dog only) - $100 refundable.

 My best vacation stay ever - with this condo!!!, July 8, 2008

Oversized condo full of expensive details. Fun filled amenities made the ocean/beach far less interesting. Take a leisure stroll along the shady trails and then soak in the relaxing hot tub while the kids swim and splash in the oversized swimming pool. If you, like me, have trouble sleeping at night, this will help you get caught up with all the sleep that you have lost. I hope to return soon. Great price too!
