Enjoy a carefree vacation in this beautifully decorated oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the third floor with fantastic ocean views from both the living room and master suite. Elevator conveniently located near the condo. Tile floors throughout including the bedrooms. King size bed in both the master bedroom and guest room. Queen sleeper sofa and 2 occasional chairs in the living area, which also has a 55' flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Master bath has separate tub and shower with double vanities and two walk-in closets. Kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast nook has a pub table perfect for playing a game of cards or casual dining for 4. There is also a dining area that seats 6. Condo has a full size washer and dryer. The balcony is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or soaking up the sun.
Area Information
Besides spending time at the pool or on the private coquina beach, Palm Coast offers many activities in the nearby area. Head north on A1A to St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city, which offers limitless options of sightseeing, shopping, eateries, and nightlife. Kayaks, catamarans, wind surfing, and jet skis are available at local aquatic shops. Fishing charters are also available through local guides. There is a Publix grocery store conveniently located 3 miles south on A1A. Anastasia Park, 20 minutes north, takes you back to Old Florida. Fort Matanzas is located within a 5 minute drive of the condo, and you can catch a ferry and visit the historic fort. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one mile south, provides opportunities for picnics among its array of tropical flora and citrus groves. Marineland, now a part of the Georgia Aquarium, is located 1 mile north on A1A, and you are able to get up close and personal with their resident dolphins.
