We've reduced our weekly rental fee due to condo rental restrictions requiring a minimum of 2 weeks. Take advantage of this lower rate during the Spring months. The total 2 week rental starting in June 2013 will be $1,400 plus $70 cleaning fee. A security deposit of $1,000 is required when reserving your 2 week vacation: (Security Deposit is returned at check-out.) A 20 minute drive north from the condo to historic St. Augustine
Orlando and park attractions are about a 2 hour drive.
Close access to grocery stores, restaurants, and Golf Courses
Thirty minutes from Daytona Beach and the Daytona Speedway. Come for Bike Week and Nascar. Close enough, but out of the conjestion!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Our beach is like an art exhibit. One day the beach is flat and sandy with little surf. Another day it is filled with coquina rock and wounderful sea shells. A family renting the condo described the rocks as miniture fountains and waterfalls as they watched the ocean spill over.
