3 bdrm/ 2 bath, florida lifestyle home on saltwater canal, close proximity to the beach. Dock, Screened patio, garage, professionally landscaped. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the living room has a sleeper sofa. Fully furnished, all linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans, beach chairs, 53" screen tv, microwave, stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, washer/dryer. Grocery Shopping service is availale for an additional fee (we will stock refirgerator for arrival). No Pets. Non-smokers preferred.
