Summer Special (May 1 thru Labor Day!) Lovely, large 3-bedroom, 2-bath concrete-block home with 2-car garage (elec opener) in quiet area with screened porch in private wooded setting with fenced yard. Super safe neighborhood--even to walk at night! Central A/C, satellite TV, DVD/VCR, 2-car garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully-equipped kitchen w/ newer glass cook-top stove, light, bright, and airy! Split floor plan with laminate floor great room. More pics to come: screened room newly tiled, interior fresh paint. PETS (dogs only, 2 max) accepted, NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
Area Information
Only 4 scenic (good bicycling!) miles to a quiet ocean beach with outside shower. Great paved cycling/walking/skating nature trails complete with picnic tables! 2 miles to a wide paved trail along the Intracoastal waterway.
* 6 miles to Bings Landing for easy, convenient boat launching on Intracoastal and Long Creek conservation area, a designated canoe trail through a many-acre, pristine preserve.
* 15 miles to spectacular Matanzas National Monument with it’s free educational boat trip to (and in!) the fort. Walk along the soft, miles-long white-sand beach with its sandbar-formed protected areas for swimming (perfect for children!) and see pelicans and often
dolphins.
* 22 miles to charming historic St Augustine and the alligator farm.
* 25 miles to Ormond Beach (Don't miss ocean-view dining at Betty's A1A Cafe!) and the enchanting Tomoka River & State Park
* 30 miles to Daytona Beach
* 40 miles to Silver Springs (manatees & great snorkeling!)
* 50 miles to Jacksonville
