concrete-block home in a very quiet and low traffic (even on
weekends!) area with screened porch in completely private setting; wooded on 2 sides plus 6-ft privacy fence. Nice “over-sized” yard with room for fetch and badminton (set provided). Super safe neighborhood--even to walk at night! Central A/C, satellite TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, 2-car garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully-equipped kitchen, lots of windows so light, bright, and airy! Incredible location just ½ mile from a new nature preserve-front golf course with close proximity (2 miles, which is as close as you can get!) to beautiful Princess Place Preserve with its historic lodge, many nature trails, and access to scenic Pellicer Creek--excellent for kayaking/canoeing and fishing. Only 5 scenic (good bicycling!) miles to the beach and great paved cycling/walking/skating nature trails complete with picnic tables! Only 4 miles to a wide paved trail along the Intracoastal waterway.
* 7 miles to Bings Landing for easy, convenient boat launching on Intracoastal and Long Creek conservation area, a designated canoe trail through a many-acre, pristine preserve.
* 15 miles to spectacular Matanzas National Monument with it’s free educational boat trip to (and in!) the fort. Walk along the soft, miles-long white-sand beach with its sandbar-formed protected areas for swimming (perfect for children!) and see pelicans and often
