This beautiful house is a luxurious place to soak in the FL fun. It has 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and has a total of 4,495 Sqft. It boasts 2 Master Bedrooms! One on the first floor, and one on the second. The rooms have huge walk-in closets. The master bathrooms have a shower and garden tubs. It has a total of 2 King beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 sofa bed. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and there is a bar. Linens are provided. There is also wireless internet and cable. But who wants to stay inside, when you can be out on the screened in lanai, where there is a grill, a jacuzzi, and a fire pit. There is also a fishing pond. You can also enjoy the balcony that has lake and ocean views! No pets.

Palm Coast is located between world-famous Daytona Beach and Historic Saint Augustine. Palm Coast has everything including but not limited to boating, fishing, sunbathing, surfing, shopping, hiking, golfing and dining. • Deposits: A damage/reservation deposit of $200 and a processing fee of $25 are required. Payment of $225.00 must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The processing fee is non-refundable. The security/damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided no problems.
   
• Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for each rental period. The cleaning fee must be paid within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date.
