Area Information
Palm Coast, a unique new city that lives in harmony with nature. It is a paradise set in a forest. Lush native trees and plants along the parkways are reminiscent of "old Florida". This charming city near the sea, is known for its sparkling salt and fresh water canals, the beautiful Intracoastal canal, parks and tree canopied paths.
Palm Coast is one of Florida's newer planned communities. It was not until September 1999, that the citizenry of Palm Coast voted overwhelmingly by a margin of two to one to incorporate as a council/manager form of government. On December 31, 1999, the City of Palm Coast was officially incorporated. On October 1, 2000, all services were officially transferred from the former Service District to the City of Palm Coast.

My wife and I and our two small dogs thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month rental (Jan. - March) at this very lovely, clean home. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Located mid-way between the north and south shopping areas of Palm Coast, we were 10 minutes away from shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, tennis courts and hiking/biking trails. Palm Coast is truly a hidden gem located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. A ten minute drive east of this home takes you to Flagler Beach that runs the coast line along A1A Highway. This home had a fenced yard that was great for our dogs. The owners are fantastic and we look forward to renting the home again next winter. Bob & Fran

We have just returned from a long weekend at your home and hated to leave. It was simply easy to be at your home because you have provided everything for guests. Your house was clean and neat and comfortable, and whenever we were looking for something, there it was. Your fenced backyard made it so easy to bring our two Golden Retrievers with us. The yard was level and secure. We took them to the beach and returned to the backyard where you provided a hose and a patio to clean them off. We really felt comfortable in your home and can't wait to return. Thank you for providing such a nice place at a reasonable cost.

This place was amazing! Close to the beach and many other attractions, the owner was extremely helpful. It was perfect for a family of six with each one of my children having thier own bed. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to be in a quite place to vacation.

This home is beautiful!! Had everything we needed in a home to make our vacation stress free. Shopping centers, supermarkets and beaches are convientely close. I really enjoyed sitting on the back porch with coffee in hand every morning watching the birds and squirrels run about the yard. Breathtaking site for my avid animal loving daughter to enjoy every morning as well. My family of 6 plus 1 extra stayed here for a week with PLENTY of room to enjoy as a family. Can't wait to go back!! Definantely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to visit the Palm Coast.

The house is roomy, immaculate and modern. Has a great screened in porch for early morning coffee or just relaxing. We visited Saint Augustine, Daytona Beach and Disney World's Animal Kingdom on our vacation and the house was perfectly located. We will definitely be returning to this house on all of our Florida vacations.

We had a wonderful vacation time in Palm Coast. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for guests and everyone was comfortable . The house was easy to find and close to many grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores and shopping. It also was close to a small beach and a short driving distance to Orlando, Daytona Beach and other scenic spots. The house is located in a quiet subdivision and it was so peaceful and relaxing to just sit at the house. We hope to be able to go again and look forward to returning to the Palm Coast home. It is a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in Palm Coast or any other place in Florida. The owner also provided very helpful information on things to see and do in the area and directions to get there. The whole family agreed that it was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed on a vacation and highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in that area!! We could not have been more satisfied and wouldn't change a thing about it.

we were looking for somewhere to stay that felt more like home than a motel or condo and found it here. Wonderful people to work with and house is immaculate. Large screened in back porch for early morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood.
