This private condo is on the club's 12th fairway and has magnificent views and great sun exposure. The 3rd bedroom can be converted into an office. Wi-fi is in the units, so don't forget your computer.This unit has all the bells and whistles.
This condo is a designers paradise as it was recently remodeled and features gorgeous furniture.Everything you need is in this condo Incredible views,so relaxing and quiet.Minutes away from a sparkling heated pool and jacuzzi.

It is 5 minutes away from the famous EL PASEO Drive which features restaurants and shops.It is 10 minutes away from THE RIVER which features a movie theater and restaurants and shops.THIS IS THE IDEAL LOCATION to get to everything.The landscape and the abundance of mature trees within Monterey are meticulously maintained, giving the community a very charming and welcoming appeal. Monterey Country Club offers its homeowners and renters many amenities and recreational privileges including 37 pools and spas, unlimited mountain views and lush greenbelts.
