Description of the Palm Desert vacation condo rental

This condo is beautifully renovated and appointed. It is a spacous single level with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third bedroom doubles as an office/den. The living room and dining room open onto a large entertaining patio with a gas BBQ, furniture, and gorgoeus mountain
views in all directions. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room and another TV in the den. There 2 DVD's, state of the art stereo, and wireless internet access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and pass through to the dining room.

There are two covered parking spaces in the carport just steps from the front door.

Our condo is booked through March 2012. We have availablity in April and May 2012 and October, November and December 2012.

Area Information

Deep Canyon Tennis Club is located in the desirable South Cove of Palm Desert. Surrounded by mountains and palm trees, this gated tennis community has 12 pools and 4 jacuzzis, a clubhouse, locker rooms, and a gym. There are 13 tennis courts (4 are lighted). The tennis program is well organized, fun and competetive. There is a
full pro shop with two tennis pros on staff to help you schedule games, lessons, etc.

The gounds of this beautiful community consists of lush, mature landscape, a large greenbelt with scenic walking paths, and an excellent location just a one mile walk to the famous El Paseo Drive where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and live entertainment.

Golf enthusiasts can select from several first class golf courses within 1 to 5 miles.

The Living Desert Zoo and Park is just one mile away.

Excellent Desert Experience

The Palm Desert Resort where this condo is located is a delightful place to stay and enjoy the great weather and scenery that this area has to offer. Moreover, the resort is conveniently located a short drive away from lots of interesting sites in Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta. The condo itself was roomy and wel appointed; the owners have obviously put a lot of thought into what their guests need to enjoy their stay, and then they provided it all. I would return to the Palm Desert area again for a holiday, and would hope to time it well enough to stay in this vacation property again.
