LOVELY 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH COMPLETELY REMODELED CONDO WITH VERY NICE 2 CAR GARAGE WHICH HAS ITS VERY OWN LAUNDRY SINK. THIS BEAUTY SITS ON THE 17TH GREEN FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE. THE PATIO HAS A SMALL WROUGHT IRON FENCE ENCLOSING THE VERY COMFORTABLE PATIO FURNITURE AND NATURAL GAS BBQ.

AS YOU ARE PROBABLY AWARE THIS IS A VERY FRIENDLY RESORT (TWO DAYS OF COUPLES GOLF EACH WEEK) PLUS ALL OF THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF THIS CLUB AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. MY WIFE AND I LEFT THE NEWPORT BEACH AREA TO COME HERE TO ENJOY THE EXTRAORDINAY LIFESTYLE.
