Vacation Rental Amenities
Full kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water and
icemaker. All linens are included. Central air/heat, gated community at exclusive country club.

Golf, tennis, health club, 25 swimming pools, two salt water pools, onsite restaurant,
you name it and Desert Falls has it! It is located within minutes to shopping, casino nightlife,
El Paseo Drive, the River walk complete with extraordinary dining, shopping and entertainment.

you can find practically every activity imaginable to enjoy under the sun!
$100 Additional Cleaning Fee
The master bathroom is elegant with a large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. It has a large walk in closet as well. It has a private patio attached looking out to the golf course.

This condominium is very attractive and well appointed with plenty of space for all ages. The proximity to the swimming pool is great, we loved watching the golfers pass by and the amenities of the Desert Falls Resort are excellent. We had a wonderful week!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this place and will definitely be back! My only complaint is that when I tried to contact the owner from this site, she never received my request (which was months in advance), so I contacted her (Susan) directly from her personal email address I had from last year. She was apologetic and very accommodating, and I'm so glad we were able to go back to this place that we love! I truly hope this rental agency can rectify this situation, as I've had more than one problem with getting through to; or responses from property owners, including calling their cell numbers left on this site to no avail. I guess it was just meant to be to stay in the FANTASTIC SUITE ON THE 16TH HOLE!!!

This was the second year we've stayed in this condo. Last year we would have given it 5 stars. This year 3 at best. Here's why: The condo had not been professionally cleaned. We had to supply our own garbage bags, kleenex, toilet paper, bath soap, laundry detergent. There was no hair dryer, and the sign on the heater/air conditioner said "Do not use the air conditioner." The towels were more like rags. The carpet is so old that it has rippled. Someone tried to nail the carpet down in the living room between the hallway the living room. The vacuum is probably from around the early 40's. Worthless. On the positive side, the setting is spectacular. The verandas were immaculate. The bed was comfortable. And the shower in the back bedroom was terrific.

Loved your resort..quiet,beautiful....easy access..only problem was all the sand in the pool.....after wind...this was the pool closest to condo...other pools we saw were cleaner.....no sand or bugs....onnie hillsb

The pictures on this web site do not do this place justice. The whole complex is very very nice. The grounds were very clean, beautiful and meticulously maintained. This condo is very spacious, I had my grown kids with me and never knew they were there. Having two big decks was so nice, whatever you preferred,one was always either in the sun or shade. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck while watching the golfers. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and quiet this condo was. I took a walk every morning, and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Very easy to find this place, right off of the freeway. Thank-you so much for being so generous and sharing your second home with my family.
I have the most relaxing time at this condo! The views are so nice and the golfing is excellent. We enjoythe fitness center included in the condo fee and the tennis facility is great too,the kids like to many salt pools and jacuzzi areas. The country club is first class.
