This 1250+ square' 2bedroom/2bath "mini" home that sleeps 4 is situated on the 3rd fairway of the highly desirable 18-hole, par 72 championship Palm Desert Resort Golf and Country Club golf course; just steps away from 3 swimming pools and hot tubs. And yes! there are 13 lighted tennis courts with tennis pro shop and bar and restaurant in this gated community. This home has stunning mountain and golf course views from most rooms and features 3 sets of glass sliding doors to large patio area, 2 separate bedrooms (king beds) with their own bathrooms, plantation shutters throughout, living room, separate fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fire place, vaulted ceilings, 3 color TVs, stereo, 2 car garage, new washer and dryer, pool floats, large patio, BBQ, internet connectivity, and more! • Deposits: 50% of rental fee due 7 days after confirmation of dates. Balance of rental, $100 cleaning feee, $350 refundable security deposit due no later than 60 days before reservation date. Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will forfeit all prepaid rent unless unit is re-rented (Security Deposit & cleaning fees are returned if no occupancy). For rentals exceeding 30 days, we ask that the unit be cleaned bi-monthly paid by the guests. Discounts are given for rentals of 3 months or more.
   
• Other Fees: $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. There is a $175 monthly air conditioning surcharge for monthly rentals of June 1 - August 31st.

What a great place for a relaxing getaway. The view is spectacular and the digs - very comfortable! Kitchen & house are well stocked with glasses, dishes, linens etc so all you need to bring is the bottle of wine!
