This 1250+ square' 2bedroom/2bath "mini" home is situated on the 3rd fairway of the highly desirable 18-hole, par 72 championship Palm Desert Resort Golf and Country Club golf course; just steps away (about one block each) from 3 heated swimming pools and hot tubs. And yes! there are 13 lighted tennis courts with tennis pro shop and bar and restaurant in this gated community. This air-conditioned single story "home" (duplex) has stunning mountain and golf course views from most rooms and features 3 sets of glass sliding doors to large patio area, 2 separate bedrooms (king beds) with ensuite bathrooms (one with large walk-in shower), plantation shutters throughout, living room, separate fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fire place, vaulted ceilings, 3 color TVs, stereo, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, pool floats, large patio, propane BBQ, complimentary WiFi internet connectivity, complimentary long distance within US and Canada, and more! I cannot rave enough about this condo rental experience, which was outstanding. The pictures of the condo were exactly what we found on arrival, and the owners had thoughtfully provided everything that I needed for my four-week long holiday, and the quiet location of the condo within the Palm Desert Resort and Country Club, along with the close access to one of the 20 pools within the complex, only added to the overall enjoyment of my family's experience. I would highly recommend this rental and the owners were simply the best to work with in arranging a fun-filled stay in Palm Desert. This is the place I will seek to return to for future vacations in Palm Desert!

My family enjoyed their stay at Palm Desert Resort.It is located in a perfect setting and everything you need is just a close distance away.We already have put our deposit down for next year.The unit was fully furnished,clean and comfortable.Marsha,the owner,was helpful and great to deal with.

We've stayed in this resort a number of times and found this unit especially nice, fireplace and not one, but three pools/hottubs within a 1 minute walk. If one was noisy, we walked to the other. Watching the frustrated golfers every morning was also a treat as well as entertainment. And dealing with Marsha was great. But we don't want you to go there because we want it open for ourselves next year!

I arrived late in the evening and left the shutters open in the master bedroom so I wouldn’t oversleep. The view of the San Gorgonio Mountains was just spectacular the next morning…the extra width of this fairway and the unit placement results in wonderful eastern views that I found were unique to this corner of the development. I really can’t overstate how well located PDRCC is within the Coachella Valley and its attractions. We never felt like we were more than a few minutes from hiking, shopping, theatres, golfing or restaurants What we loved about your unit was the little homey touches like the photographs and old posters, the Bodum coffee press, the fireplace, the extra parking on an unshared driveway, the dining room, the choice of three pools within walking distance, the greenhouse window in the kitchen, the vaulted celings and skylight, the huge master closet, the jars of dried spices in the fridge, the wine rack, the washer/dryer in the garage rather than in -unit, being adjacent to the target area for tee box drives gave hours of amusement (watching golfers behave badly) and most of all, the obvious care and attention that has been expended on the unit. It is not a question of whether we would stay here again but whether I can find another unit for ourselves in PDRCC that we find as nice and well situated as as this one. This is our second stay at this unit and we had another fabulous month. The condo is bright, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable ( especially the king bed in master suite).We loved eating on the patio and watching the golfers ( being golfers ourselves, this was great). Owners are extremely helpful and pay attention to the littlest details( bought us an electric kettle for tea) Thank you again. We are looking forward to our return in 2011. Thanks again Marsha for a lovely stay.

We ate breakfast out on the patio every morning and it was hilarious watching the golfers. Some were good and some were'nt. We laughed a lot watching. The home is very comfortable, nice big king size beds. Marsha, the owner, is very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We had a nice time here.

What a great place for a relaxing getaway. The view is spectacular and the digs - very comfortable! Kitchen & house are well stocked with glasses, dishes, linens etc so all you need to bring is the bottle of wine!

We love going to the desert and because we live so close we go frequently. Once we found this unit we haven't gone anywhere else. it's our favorite retreat. The unit is light, airy, comfortable and has a great location right on the fairway.
