And yes! there are 14 lighted tennis courts with tennis pro shop and bar and restaurant in this gated community. Cancellations made less than one month (30 days) before arrival will forfeit all prepaid rent unless unit can be re-rented (Securitey Deposit is returned if no occupancy). For rentals longer than 30 days, we ask that the unit be cleaned bi-monthly paid by the guests. Discounts are given for rentals of 2 months or more.

What a great place for a relaxing getaway. The view is spectacular and the digs - very comfortable! Kitchen & house are well stocked with glasses, dishes, linens etc so all you need to bring is the bottle of wine!
