Description of the Palm Desert vacation condo rental
On top of the already great rates, guests receive a 10% discount off all meals at the clubhouse or the snack bar.
Our condo itself has everything you might need for a fabulous sunny desert vacation, including a large flat-panel TV, DVD player and stereo in the living room, wireless internet, air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee maker & grinder, blender, toaster, and all dishes, cutlery and utensils.
You’ll love sitting out on our 300 square foot back patio, enjoying the view of the golf course and the mountains, or grilling up your dinner on the gas BBQ grill, and dining under the stars.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a huge closet and plenty of drawer space, with direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has a double bed, also with a large closet, and lots of drawer space, plus its own on-suite half bathroom. And of course the main bathroom has a large soaker tub and shower.
You will also be able to take advantage of free local and long distance calling anywhere in the US and Canada.
Pets are welcome, subject to the deposit and surcharge outlined below.
Roomy, quiet, and right in the heart of the valley - we're sure you'll love your stay.

Wonderful Desert Condo

We stayed Jan & Feb, & even after 2 months did not want to leave! The MacGregor condo felt like such a comfortable home away from home. Its location within the resort is excellent, with a view of the golf course from the back and front, while most other condos see only a road from the front. We played the golf course a few times and thought it was a really nice course. From the condo it’s only a very short walk to the nearest pool (which we never found busy) but it was also far enough away to not be disturbing at all. The resort was very quiet at night, and we found people to be friendly and respectful. The grapefruit, fresh from the resort’s trees, were delicious, and nobody minded us picking them or the lemons! The condo had plenty of room in which to move around, and we really liked that it was a single storey - no unit above or below. In the condo there’s a good size oval bath, which makes for a lovely large, uncramped shower area. The bed was a super comfy pillow top, and the extra tv in the bedrooom was nice to have. The main tv and channel choice was excellent, and the Internet worked really well. The heating system (for those chilly winter nights) was very effective, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would easily recommend the MacGregor condo and would happily stay there again.

The golf course is one of the best buys in the valley at $47 it is a true gem with the 9th and 18th holes a unique experience. We will book with you againnsoon !!!!!!! My friends and I stayed at this place in April 2012 for Coachella. Since we booked the place so far in advance, we ended up having some people changing their minds and deciding not to go to Coachella. This happened multiple times. As a result, we had to email the owner multiple times to have him change the contract. Gwyn was very accommodating and was happy to help us up. I really appreciated that. Gwyn is also very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place itself was very nice. The kitchen has all the basic essentials. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would all recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place to relax. If we end up going to Coachella next year, we would like to stay here again.

We found this condo to be very efficient, the kitchen was well equipped. The patio was a lovely spot for breakfast and great for happy hour as it was shaded by the late afternoon. Convenient to the pool. We certainly plan to return.

Outstanding Stay in Palm Desert Golf Condo

My two teenage sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert and at this well appointed condo. It was a wonderfully furnished with everything we needed to just move right in and start enjoying our vacation. All of the facilities worked as promised, and we really appreciated the high speed Wireless Internet that kept us connected to friends from afar. The condo's location was really excellent and convenient to everything that the Palm Desert area features. My family now wants to know if I can find something similar to purchase so that we can spend more time in Palm Desert on future vacations! I would give this condo my highest marks as a rental. It provided everything that my sons and I needed to thoroughly enjoy our holidays, and was excellent value for the money that we spent during our stay. I am now planning for my 2012 holiday, and would be happy to have the opportunity to stay at this condo rental again. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with my sons and me.

Home away from Home !

We had a wonderful stay at the Macgregor condo. Very comfortable and clean! We had great weather so spent a lot of time on the new extended patio, watching golfers on the 13th tee. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved the master king bed! Very convenient to all the "touristy " attractions, yet very private. The pool was just a few steps away so a lot of time spent there as well. The binder left for guests is a great reference guide to shopping, attractions etc. Basically a go to book for everything in the Palm Springs area as well as a help guide for all things to do with the condo. Our 10 day stay was great. Thanks Gwyn and Brenda!!!

What a beautiful setting, and with all the comforts - plus some extras - of home!! We felt instantly pampered and especially loved sitting on the very private patio beside a lovely green fairway with the amazing mountains surrounding us. And when it felt a bit too hot, a few steps out the front door took us to a lovely warm swimming pool and hot tub. Such a peaceful place ... we truly felt that we the perfect vacation spot and left feeling relaxed and sad at having to say goodbye to our little Palm Desert oasis.

Thanks for the use of the condo. It was better than advertised and had all the amenities we could have asked for. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive and the freeway-close location made it a breeze to hit the outlet malls and return without a hassle. My family and I found this condo to be quiet, relaxing and the perfect family getaway. This condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. It is located on a golf course and close to two pools and hot tubs that are very clean and well maintained. For us this was a big plus. We also loved that it was a short drive from the airport and close to all amenities.

Four of us stayed at the condo in April 2011 for the Coachella Music Festival. The condo was in a great location and very well-maintained both inside and out. Everything we could possibly need was supplied including lots of towels which came in handy given the pool was only steps away. All in all, a great stay!

A wonderful condo with everything to make you feel at home. Certainly enjoyed the view looking out on the golf course and the pool that was just around the corner from the unit. There was lots to do - shopping in near by Palm Springs, good selection of restaurants, outdoor activities, great community theatre yet quiet and very relaxing!

Short Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed 6 nights, but enjoyed 3 golf games and spectacular visits to The Living Desert and the Aerial Tramway. Each night we barbecued and sat on the patio overlooking the golf course, as the weather was fantastic. The condo was ideal with more than enough room and everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We will try to stay here again when we come back for a longer visit to Palm Springs.

Stayed for a golfing week in October. The condo was a great place to stay, had all the amenities you could want. It was well maintained and very comfortable. This was the second time I'd stayed here and will be going back.
