Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Vista Del Montanas community of Palm Desert. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, sofa, loveseat, coffee table and TV with VCR. When the drapes are open, plenty of desert sun enters into the west-facing window. The dining room has a round glass-top table and four wicker chairs. Sliding glass doors open to a back patio with patio furniture that sits on a green-belt. The back patio faces the eastern rising sun and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The house has a full kitchen with newer appliances, ornate wood cabinets, tiled backsplash and an eastern facing window. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The house also comes with an attached two-car garage.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, two night- stands, ceiling fan, TV, VCR and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, ceiling fan and TV. The third bedroom also has a full size bed, ceiling fan and TV.

This house is freshly painted as of December, 2005. It also has new pergo wood floors and kitchen. New carpet was installed in the bedrooms in 2006.
