Welcome to our second offering at the newly renovated Palm Desert Country Club.
This beautiful home has it all and is 3 doors down from our first vacation rental, ''''''Fairway to Heaven. '''''' Perfect for those of you who are doing a family reunion and need 2 wonderful properties on the same street.
Decorated with designer everything this bright charmer is sure to please. Situated on an 8000 sq. foot lot, this double fairway home has views of the Santa Rosa mountains, mature palm trees and manicured greens that can be seen throughout the house and back yard. Jump into your own brand new pebble tec pool with raised spa and waterfall. This is a great spot to enjoy a cocktail at sunset while you watch the last golfers of the day make it to the 18th hole. The clubhouse is less then a minute away on foot right out of the back yard gate. You can pick up your cart and start playing without having to drive anywhere. Located in a very small and friendly cul-de-sac, you will find that this home is quiet and relaxing. There is no traffic noise from cars driving through every few minutes to disturb the peaceful surroundings. You will truly feel like you are on vacation. Grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaners, gas stations, beauty salons and restaurants are two minutes away from the house making it easy to get everything you need without driving all over town.

• Lodging Tax: 10%
   
• Deposits: A 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date. Holiday weeks and weekends must be paid in full at time of booking. $35.00 per person per day over the 6 person occupancy. A credit card is required on file as a security deposit to insure the payment of any damages to the property. We will not charge the card for damages until we have spoken to you first. Any and all damages to the property must be reported immediately to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.
   
• Other Fees: $110.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be added to the total amount of the rental fee. There is a $100.00 utility credit, given to all guests that stay less than 30 days. Anything over this credit will be billed to the guest. Monthly renters pay all utilities.

The house is beautifully decorated. It is in a great location with regard to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. It is in an older neighborhood which definitly fools you. Once you are in the house and in the backyard the word "perfection" comes to mind.
