Only .2 miles from Starbucks, the grocery store, cleaners, restaurants and Bristol Farms; and only 3 miles to the River or El Paseo, which is the desert's Rodeo Drive, where you can enjoy world-class shopping (where the celebrities shop!) - You'll love and appreciate this perfect location.

New 2,600+ square foot home, built in 2000 and professionally remodeled in 2006. This home has been custom furnished by Ethan Allen. Large open kitchen with Thomasville cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, high-end GE appliances, 4 burner stove, dual ovens, dishwasher, and microwave. Large island with double-sinks and bar. Breakfast nook area has 4-seat dining table. Kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel cookware, china, baking dishes, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. There is also a formal dining room with table for 6-8. The great room high ceilings make for a very comfortable and open feel. Great room comes equipped with a 55-inch projection TV with DVD/VCR, AM/FM Stereo with CD player and surround sound speakers for your enjoyment, day or night. Great room has double glass doors leading out to the pool and spa.

Remote controlled ceiling fans are found in every room of the house.
Home is also equipped with 2 large A/C units for the hottest of days as well as a gas-fireplace for those cool winter nights. Phone in every room with caller-ID feature.

Huge master suite with must see to believe walk-in stone shower with two separate shower heads. Spacious tub, as well as double vanities by Thomasville and sinks. The toilet is separated and a state-of- the-art glass-bowel sink is just outside the toilet room. Master Bath also has a large walk-in closet with built-in Thomasville cabinets.

There is a California King bed with luxury linens, armoire and two night stands. Master suite has double glass doors leading out to the patio.

The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, luxury lines, armoire and own private bathroom with stone shower and Thomasville vanity. The third bedroom/den comes with wood desk and cabinetry, high-speed internet and phone. Also comes with convertible queen size sofa bed.

Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, built-in cabinets and separate sink.

The backyard is an entertainer's delight with private free form salt pool and raised Jacuzzi with waterfall feature. Stainless steel gas BBQ fully equipped with utensils. Patios furniture includes dining table with lazy-Susan, 4 cushioned chairs, 2 cushioned chase lounges, side table, and cushioned outdoor couch.

There is a detached casita which is not available for rent.

This is our home for a portion of the year and we make every effort
to keep it in perfect condition. We ask the same consideration from our renters. No smoking inside the house. Pets are considered. Call for more information.

We booked this home because my son was arriving back from IRAQ, and we wanted to stay somewhere nicer than the holiday inn. This home was GREAT! Absolutely gorgeous inside, VERY well appointed and close to everything. The house has everything you need for comfortable stay. The owner is friendly and very easy to deal with! We had no problems whatsoever! My family and I would HIGHLY recommend this property.
