2 bedroom w/ large open living room and formal
dining room.

King master double sink, oversize tub in large master bath with commode in separate room. Sliding doors onto
patio.

Queen bedroom with sliding mirror closets adjoins hall bath

Ceiling fans through out house with wireless internet and
DISH TV in living room and master. Slider opens to patio.

Double door refrigerator with filtered water and ice in door
for convenience. Self cleaning oven, new dishwasher,
counter top convection oven, kuerig single serve coffee
maker, and eye level built-in microwave.

Turn key with extensive supply of quality dishes, glassware,
cookware, towels and linens.

Formal dining room seats ten or can be converted to
extra sleeping quarters.

Community pools, tennis, etc. with 18 hole golf course
and owner cart in attached auto opener double garage.

Area Information

Palm Spring, Palm Desert is a resort area with terrific
mild weather from October thru May. Many casinos,
spas, and nightlife clubs with top name entertainment.

Shopping ranges from elegant El Paseo to Cabazon outlet malls.

Our stay at Thousand Palms

March 13, 2013

Everything about our stay was exellent. Our host showed us her home & where everything was etc. & we were welcome to use everything in the house, which included food in the refrigerator. We had the use of a golf cart as well. The home was airconditioned & there were 2 pools in the complex. Our host was very friendly & helpful, her home was attractive & very comfortable & reasonably priced, we would be pleased to stay there again. A bonus was watching a humming bird feeding her babies in their nest in a cactus just outside the dininng room window, and I got it on video, amasing! John from Canada.

It is rewarding to have great people stay in your home. Such good care was taken and my bonus
was their appreciation and extra mile in taking care of things that came up. Hope to see them
