Description of the Palm Harbor vacation condo rental

The condominium complex is made up of attractive one and two story
red tile roof buildings with well maintained mature landscaping.

The unit is a luxury condominium in a golf course community near Lake Tarpon and the Gulf beaches.
It includes the following: Over 1100 square feet of tastefully furnished living space on the first (ground)floor with a view to woodland and a deer feeding station. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. King bed in master bedroom, large walk-in closet, color TV and woodland view. Second bedroom has one double and one single bed with walk-in closet. Beautifully furnished living room with queen sleeper and view of Woodland with
mature oak and pine trees. The living room has color TV with cable
and DVD player and music entertainment system. Dining area
with breakfast bar, dining table seating 4. Full kitchen with range oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal,
refrigerator and walk-in laundry room. Full-sized washing machine and dryer. There is a built in water softener. The unit is air conditioned. There are ceramic tile floors in the entry, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. The unit has an assigned Car parking space plus additional guest parking.

Area Information

Great Location adjacent to the Tarpon Woods Golf and Country Club.There are 6 other semi-private or public golf courses within 10 miles. There are also park areas with numerous walking and biking trails. Only 30 minutes from both Tampa and St. Petersburg Airports. It ??s a short 15 minute drive to gulf beaches and Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands State Park. Only 5 or 10 minutes to shopping, Old Tampa Bay, Lake
Tarpon and John Chesnut Park with boat ramp. Lake Tarpon has some of the best fresh water fishing in the state.

A good size swimming pool private to residents (renter inc.) only, Heated spa and covered recreation area.

A quiet setting with beautiful mature landscaping.

Some of the attractions include a good size swimming pool for residents and quests only, heated spa and covered recreational area. The complex is adjacent to Tarpon Woods Golf and Country Club. There are 6 other semi-private or public golf courses within 10 miles. Lake Tarpon with John Chesnut Park and a boat ramp are less than a mile away. It ??s only about six miles to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands. The latter is often rated as one
of the top ten beaches in the United States. Close by is the historic Greek fishing village of Tarpon Springs with its popular sponge docks, restaurants and shops. Major league football (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), hockey (Lightning) and baseball (Devil Rays) teams play in the area. Several major league baseball teams also have their spring training here. Horse racing is nearby at Tampa Bay
Downs racetrack. Shopping, restaurants and movie theaters are also within a couple of miles. Charters are available for both deep sea and fresh water fishing. Kayaking and sailing are also popular in the area.

very nice area. Condo was clean and just as stated. We had a fan for bedrooms because air in bedrooms not very strong. But overall a good place to stay, close to grocery, park, lake Tarpon, golf. Very satisfied!

This was an adorable condo. Clean and everything was so handy. The pool and hottub were the cleanest I have ever seen. Everyone in the complex was exceptionally nice and our stay was way to short. There were no late night interruptions and people were friendly. The condo was everything that was expected. The boat was fun to ride and go fishing. It was easily accessible to stores and anything you could need on a vacation. Thanks again, Ann and Char
