Description of the Palm Harbor vacation condo rental

This 2/2, nicely furnished, second floor (almost 1100 square ft.) condo comes completely furnished and has a queen size bed in both the master and guest bedrooms. Additional cots have also been provided for your guests comfort.

The condo was recently painted and wallpapered and has new carpeting. The condo comes equipped with a full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen and has both a dining area and breakfast nook. The unit has (cable equipped) televisions in the living room and master/guest bedrooms. All linens and towels are supplied and the unit comes equipped with a washer/dryer. The condo is wired for internet access.

*Rental is a for a minimum of 90 days. This is a condo association requirement.
*No Smoking
*No Pets
*$ 1550 month (May-December- Includes All Taxes)
*$ 1850 month (January-April Includes All Taxes)
*$ 70.00 per month is allotted for electricity. Any overages the tenant is responsible for.

Area Information

The condo is located in a quiet but kid friendly development (60 units total) which has spacious, well maintained grounds. The unit is in close proximity to restaurants/shopping (Rte. 19-heavily commercialized), Ruth Eckerd Hall (shows/entertainment), Busch Gardens (30 minutes), golfing (numerous courses in area), and several area beaches.
