Well maintained villa 1,000 sq. ft. fully furnished, with ceramic tile floors, galley kitchen, separate breakfast area, large living room and two spacious bedrooms on cul de sac. Quiet tree lined streets and yard. Attached garage with remote. Air conditioning, wireless internet and cable T.V.. The property is limited to 55+ occupants. Main highway is US 19, 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 2 hours from Disney World, 45 minutes away from Busch Gardens. Close to Lansbrook Golf (18 holes public) - close to Clearwater Beaches.
Area Information
Palm Harbor is roughly 45 minutes north of downtown St. Petersburg and west of Tampa. It is a largely residential community with several concentrations of commerce. Downtown Palm Harbor, north of Tampa Road between U.S. Highway 19 Alternate and Omaha Street, hosts many small shops and eateries along with a handful of historic buildings.[4] U.S. Highway 19, a mile or two east of downtown, offers access to higher concentrations of commerce, with an array of national chain restaurants and retailers. One entrance to Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club, a nationally-regarded golf course, is found on U.S. 19.

Annually, the first Sunday in October marks when the "Taste of Palm Harbor" festival is held. The event is presented by the Palm Harbor Junior Women's Club with the proceeds benefiting their "Making a Difference" grants & scholarships program. The Taste of Palm Harbor traditionally offers live music and the tasting of samples from over 20 local restaurants, many of which make seafood their specialty.

Very convenient!

This condo is an extremely comfortable home away from home. It is very clean and extremely well kept. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and close to absolutely everything you need with easy access to Highway 19.

A: Palm Harbor is centrally located to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, golf courses and flea markets along with eateries for every tastebud, Italian, Sushi, Mexican, etc.
Q: What makes this condo special?
A: This condo is in a 55+ community, so there are no dogs, no kids. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and shrubs and includes a patio to walk on. The condo is clean and has never been exposed to smoke from cigarettes. There are no bugs because the premises are sprayed. It is a home away from home.
