Description of the Palm Harbor vacation townhouse rental

Gorgeous two story, fully furnished, Florida town home with hardwood floors, ceramic tile kitchen and baths, and beautiful furnishings. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an enclosed sunroom. The town home also features a living room/dining room combination with pass thru window from a modern eat-in kitchen that includes microwave, dishwasher, and countertop appliances. The master suite features a comfy king size bed, vanity dressing area, a spacious walk in closet and additional bi-fold closet, along with a private ceramic tile shower and water closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, its own walk-in closet and private bathroom with full tile tub/shower. With the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, the townhouse can comfortably handle up to six people. This luxury town home even includes a full sized washer and dryer so there is no need to make trips to a laundry. Other luxury features include a heated community pool, lighted tennis courts, basketball and shuffle board courts, and a playground with grilling area. You are less than 10 minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants, the Gulf of Mexico beaches, several area golf courses, shopping, beautiful parks, fresh water fishing and boating on Lake Tarpon, or salt water fishing on the Gulf of Mexico. The rental fee includes phone service featuring nationwide FREE calling anytime, including Canada, digital cable TV, broadband internet with Wi-Fi connection, the first $100 of electric per month, and one reserved parking space which is right next to the courtyard entrance. Great for movies or sports is the Sony 36 inch color TV with DVD player in the living room, and even a 19 inch color TV in the master bedroom.

Rentals of 6 months or less are subject to 12% state and local taxes added to the rental fee.
January through March is rented as one block of time only.
All other months are rented by the month.
No daily or weekly rentals are offered.
Reservation/security deposit on all rentals is $350.
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
This town home is 1260 square feet in size and is for
non-smoking tenants only.
A cat or dog member of your family is welcome if well housetrained and is 25 lbs. or less.
There is a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $100.00

Area Information

Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, several county and state parks, Gulf of Mexico beaches (one of which is in America's top 10 beaches), hiking and biking trails that go on for miles, amusement parks including Busch Gardens, and site seeing attractions throughout central Florida. Fishing is available in both the Gulf of Mexico and fresh water bass fishing on Lake Tarpon. Charter boats available for private or group use. Several golf courses just minutes away, including a PGA tournament course.

Another great year

We stayed at the McCoy's condo three times. We have always been extremely happy there. The unit is nicely furnished and has been kept updated. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and there are plenty of linens. It is very clean and in a great location too! We took advantage of the nearby beaches, race track and many biking trails along with the pool at the condo. We found the owners to very easy to deal with and responsive to our particular needs! We enjoyed our stay again this year and have already booked next year.

A little bit of home in Palm Harbor

I cant praise the accommodation enough, we arrived very tired and ready for bed after our long journey from England! We were met by Bob and his wife and helped with our luggage. The house was in pristine condition and the bedrooms very comfortable. The location is excellent, there are stores, restaurants, irish pubs (especially Peggy O'Neills in Palm Harbor they have great beer and the best fish and chips we have ever tasted), Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater, Tampa etc etc all within very easy reach, we couldnt have asked for more. Superb!!!!!!

We rented this unit because we were moving to Florida and needed to stay in a place while we found a place to live permanently. What we found when we arrived totally surprised us! It was in an absolutely ideal location. It had every amenity and then some! It was clean and spacious and close to parks and the pool (very important for my kids!). I know that I'm not going to say anything that will convince you to rent this place, but I have to tell you, this place not only has it all, but Bob and Sylvia are incredible people!! Nicest people you'll ever run into! Don't even hesitate when it comes to this property! It is as good as it gets! Couldn't say enough about it!
