If you have never been to Palm Springs you are in for a real treat. The airport is hassle-free which is rather quaint and intimate compared to most US cities.

Also worth noting the airport (PSP) is only 5.5 miles from our condomimium, and car rentals are just outside baggage claim - you literally collect your bags walk out to car and go, which will take approximately 15 minutes door-to-door.

The condo is situated on the border of Rancho Mirage which is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the Palm Springs area and features numerous golf courses, resorts and private estates that rival any found in Beverly Hills.

You are certain to enjoy the easy pace and beautiful topography afforded by the surrounding San Jacinto & Santa Rosa Mtn ranges, distinctive fawna, fragrant citrus trees, enchanting humming birds, warm desert breezes,and endless sunny days.

Other highlights include the village of Palm Springs which hosts Thursday Night Marktet streetfare with various vendors, and entertainment (Palm Spring Follies is a must-see featuring actors/singers/dancers aged 55-85) throughout the year.

Another pleasant stay

Once again our stay at your condo was wonderful ...from the pristine pool to the friendly tenants we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation. Rarely is there anyone else using the pool so it's like our own private oasis. The tenants invited us to a fun luau held in the club house so we could meet everyone. Great time. Pat/Judy Murphy

We will never be happy in a hotel again after staying in your condo. The well furnished unit was like being at home. The fitness room a library were nice features. The pristine pool and spa area was wonderful especially since often we were the only ones using it. Quiet and private but located central to all the Palm Springs attractions. Best stay we've ever had in Palm Springs and will be back soon.

Cozy Condo

I stayed in this cozy condo in Palm Springs for the month of March. It was very comfortable and extremely well-equipped. The pool ad grounds were very well kept, and the management people were easy to get ahold of and most responsive.
