In the middle of everything! Mediterranian style condo. Each room exits to a patio designed for lounging or dining. Cozy conversation area with firepit in private patio. 2 Master Bedrooms with bath. Comfortably sleeps 6. Over 1500 sq ft on one level.

Rental includes unlimited phone calls, long distance in US and Canada. Premium channels cable TV & DVD in LR and Master. Another TV in guest room. Just bring your laptop and High Speed internet and printer provided.

Tiled floors throughout, high ceilings with fans in most areas and natural light fills the rooms. Handicapped friendly including walk in shower and grab bars in Master bathroom. Additional equipment available upon request. Each pool is shared by only 6 units so very private. 8 pools total. Adjacent to Tahquitz Golf Course offering 2 Arnie Palmer courses.

The club house is less than a mile away. The condo is on E. Driver Road off of Bolero. Sandcastles is the name of the complex.

• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee - $75 Refundable security deposit - $200 - $500 depending on length of stay. 3% convenience fee for payment with a credit card.

This was the perfect place to get away! Everything was so convient to get to from this location. We had everything we needed in this condo to make our stay as comfortable as being in our own home. The condo was clean and had all the amenities to make our stay an easy one. We will defintly tell our friends to come here. This condo is now a yearly get away for us. We truly enjoy our stay!
