Canyon Shores best described as an arboretum with lakes and waterfalls, grass, flowers and towering Date Palms. This 202 unit gated condominium development has 5 swimming pools, and 6 spas. Five excellent tennis courts are free, four are lighted. Mr. G is our resident pro and will give you a great lesson/workout for $20.00/hour. Cathedral Canyon Golf and Tennis Club is across the street and offers public access to their 27 hole, full size golf course and practice facilities ($79.00 for golf). If you have a computer go to click4teetimes.c and get the above for $25.00 after 1pm. Unit has internet access via secured wifi. Separate laundry room off kitchen.

This ground floor unit faces southwest. The patio is sunny from about 11:00am on and is a spacious 1,330 sq. ft. Owners 2nd home, TLC please.

Canyon Shores TR is surrounded on two sides by the Cathedral Canyon Country Club, one side by Cathedral Canyon Drive and the fourth side by the Whitewater River (dry wash). Cathedral City is between Palm Springs (across the street) and Rancho Mirage. Four miles SE of the Palm Springs airport.
