On Thursday nights downtown Palm Springs comes alive with the Village Fest featuring vendors, music, and food. The closest grocery store is 1 1/2 miles away and there are several grocery and drug stores within five miles. Golf courses and the famous aerial tramway are a short drive away.

Village Fest street fair downtown every Thursday night with entertainment, artisan booths, food and free admission at the Art Museum. One block from downtown and uptown where there are many good restaurants.
