Area Information

Condo development, (Firebird) is near the cross streets of Sunrise Way and Ramon. Across the street is the Palm Spring ball park, a senior centre and a Ralph's shopping centre.

Considered part of south Palm Springs (less wind than rest of the Desert). It's an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. Also, on bus route, so you can enjoy a walk to downtown for a dinner and drinks then just jump on the bus for a 5 minute return trip.
