Weekly and monthly rates vary with the season. Current summer rates are 700 week. Additional discounts given for extended stays. There is a non-refundable $150 cleaning deposit. Well behaved pets are welcomed for an additional refundable $200 deposit.
Winter rates begin on October 1.

This deposit is refundable pending inspection of the property.|

Enjoyed the fairways community very much.Our first stay in Palm springs was a very pleasant experience,lots to do,many things to do.Our host Chuck was very accommodating and generous.Very spacious and comfortable unit.Excellent kitchen and laundry facility within the condo.heated pool was great.Liked it so well we are coming back.

Condo was O.K. but nothing really special. Needed a lot of of touchup in cleaning...But the worst part was that the owner never returned the part of our deposit that was suppose to be returned.And, when we asked for an explanation we were never given one. It was like out-of -sight out-of-mind .I would advise people to not do business with Chuck the owner unless the want to deal with a scamp.I'm sure that you will probably not show clients this writing as it would hurt your business dealings with Chuck. We are retired golfers and we were looking for a condo in a good location and we found one! Everything a traveler could want. Gated community, nice pool, spa, and friendly neighbors. The home is well equiped for cooking and grilling. The wet bar was a welcome suprise after a long day of golfing. Wonderful golf course right next door.

Had the pleasure of staying for several months at this condo- wonderfully large livingroom with great furniture, cooking supplies and linens are all new- the location is handy to everything- the best part though is the owner- Chuck is the nicest guy in the world! Makes sure you feel at home in your new home!
