• Deposits: A refundable deposit is required on acceptance of rental agreement. One week rental $300; Two week rental $500; three weeks or more $800. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and must be received or reservation is subject to cancellation. No refunds within 21 days unless the unit is rented to another party.
   
• Other Fees: **Golf fee for unlimited golf and tennis is $300.00 for one couple only and is generally available for rentals lasting two weeks or longer. Shorter periods may be available during non peak season and need to be looked at on a case to case basis. Departure cleaning fee is $75.00 and is payable with balance due prior to arrival.

Karl, Thank you for the use of your condo. It was better than you described. Best location in the country club. Nice kitchen remodel. The golf membership saved a ton $$$. I'll be back... JFS
