Villa Del Valle is located on East Tachevah Drive in central Palm Springs. The estate
was completed in 2006 and was purchased and equipped by its owners as an ultra-luxurious vacation home. To that end, the owners hired the firm of award winning designer, Barclay Butera, to furnish Villa Del Valle's 3,400 square foot interior. Enjoy the luxury of the English Cheshire Leather Sofa and the high end hotel quality King size bed in the master bedroom. Relax on any of 6 lounges at the pool-side terrace. Refresh yourself in the sparkling pool and spa. Take a book and retreat to one of the private bedroom patios. Gather around the outdoor sand and glass fire-pit with a glass of wine. Spanish tile floors welcome guests into Villa Del Valle. Upon entering the vacation home, you will notice an elegant yet rustic ambiance. Peering down the entry corridor, you'll see the living and dining areas. Wood beams stretch across the living-room ceiling and custom wrought-iron fixtures abound. Central to the room is a seating area with an English Cheshire Leather Sofa, large wood coffee table and two full-sized cushioned chairs. The West wall has a centrally located gas fireplace. Built-in bookshelves and wood cabinets are on either side. The North Wall has large windows on either side of two glass paneled French doors. The doors open up to the estate's large back yard, and one of the many private patios. This patio consists of a table, 4 chairs and a large flowing fountain. Back inside, the adjacent dining room has a unique light fixture made up of undulating metal arms and star-shaped lights. Dine at the round marble and wood table, while seated comfortably on one of six plush suede cushioned chairs.

The full kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and service items for food/beverage preparation. A five-burner hooded stove, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, double oven and microwave allow for the preparation of small to large catered meals. Other essentials are at your fingertips including coffee service area, blender, toaster, utensils, serving pieces, trays, pots, pans as well as plastic items for poolside enjoyment. Adjoined to the kitchen is a sunny breakfast room with a glass-top table and four chairs that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The family room is a perfect place for informal gatherings. Two full-sized cushioned wicker chairs, tables and two antique leather side chairs complete the room. Just off the family room is the laundry room/pantry with direct access to the 3-car garage.

Choose the master bedroom with direct access to the pool, spa and outdoor enclosed shower. Another set of glass paneled French doors leads from the master bedroom to its own patio with privacy cabana drapes. Inside the master bedroom is a King size bed, two nightstands, dresser, fireplace and leather chair with ottoman. Above the fireplace is a 42" wall mounted flat screen television. Like the living room, wood beams stretch across the ceiling reinforcing the overall rustic theme of the estate. The en-suite bathroom has a large oval bathtub with some of the best mountain views in town. It also has dual vanities, a step-down stall shower with bench and window with mountain view. A large walk-in closet completes the suite.

Take a walk around the grounds of the property. Notice the barbeque area nearby to the breakfast room with easy access to the kitchen. Its built into an alcove along with a sink for cleaning utensils. As you head west, you'll be in awe of the mountain views that extend from Mt. San Jacinto to the Indian Canyons area in South Palm Springs. Then there is the spectacular, and very private, outdoor living area. A large grass field surrounds a lagoon-shaped pool which encircles a large spa. Hot water from the spa cascades down a small rock waterfall into the larger body of water, and six padded lounge chairs provide ample seating for the sunbather in all of us.

Deposits: Deposits & Payments: After a reservation has been made, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation and Rental Agreement via email. Please confirm all reservation information immediately. After doing so, mail the completed Rental Agreement, along with your deposit, in U.S. dollars, back to our office. The deposit is equal to 50% of the rental rate. It is due within 10 days of making the reservation. Late payment may result in a cancellation. The balance, including housekeeping, security deposit and applicable city tax, is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full. Reservations made 6 months or more in advance have the following payment schedule: An initial deposit equal to 25% of the rent is due within 10 days of making a reservation. A second payment equal to 25% of the rent is due 3 months prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday Rates: A 10% rate premium is charged for holidays. Housekeeping: Your reserved Palm Springs vacation rental will be cleaned, with fresh linens, prior to your arrival. All rentals are equipped with cleaning equipment and washer/dryer facilities. A post-occupancy housekeeping fee is charged for each rental. Interim maid service is available at an additional charge. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required on all reservations in order to protect Dry Heat Resorts from property damage. The amount can be found by the property's price. Upon checkout, the property is inspected for damages. Any damages that are less than the security deposit shall be deducted from the security deposit. Any damages in excess of the security deposit are the guest's responsibility and must be paid within 15 days from checkout. The Security deposit, minus damage fees, shall be mailed back to you within 15 days. A $20 Fee is deducted from the security deposit for bounced checks. City Occupancy tax: A city occupancy tax is applied to rentals of less than 28 nights. This tax is 9% in Palm Desert and 11.5% in Palm Springs. Cancellation & Refunds: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notification is received 60 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all payments, minus a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If the property is re- rented for 50% of a guest's stay, 50% of all payments received, minus a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded. No money is refunded in the event of an early departure.
