Amazing house just a 15-minute walk/2-minute drive into downtown. Sleeping spaces were very comfortable and the wide open and interconnected living room/dining room/kitchen area was perfect for socializing and hanging out. In the back, the pool was a refreshing god-sent on hot days. People definitely used both the ping-pong table and bbq. Lots of poolside seating space too, which was great. Also, caretaker was SUPER friendly; he showed us around and told us where to go and what to see. Owner was also great about setting everything up. Definitely recommend this place!

All the bedrooms and the living room were very spacious. This is definitely the way to go, instead of staying at a pricy hotel if you are traveling with a group of people. The house is located in a nice, convenient area, close to downtown and the Aerial Tramway. The master shower was great, but the other showers' water pressure were weak. The 3rd bedroom is huge, but did not have any window coverings so it made it tough for my kids to take a nap with the bright sun shining through. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and nice to work with.

we did leave it to the last minute to book and they graciously accepted our booking. The house has a great swimming pool, and lots of seating and sunbathing chairs,which was very much appreciated, otherwise everything else is very basic, but all in all we did have a nice time.

Great house with lots of space and tons of bathrooms! Large pool and cute back yard. Perfect for our large group of girls. Only hitch was we paid for pool heating and it never got warm... and the water for the big fancy shower wouldn't warm either. I am sure it was a temporary problem. This house was a great deal, and we would definitely return!

We came into town for four days and this house was so nice at a price less than most hotels in town. It's in a great location. We will try to stay here again on our next visit to Palm Springs.
