Description of the Palm Springs vacation home rental

1700+ sq. ft. home situated on almost 1/3 acre at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Inside includes 3BR and 2BA, family room, living room, recently remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new tile flooring and dining room with seating for 6. BR 1 includes California King bed, iPod alarm clock, cable TV/DVD/VCR combo, walk-in closet, master bath with dual sinks. BR 2 includes queen size bed, cable TV/DVD combo. BR 3 includes single over double bunk bed (sleeps 3) as well as desktop computer with VERY high speed internet (10MB down) and color printer. Includes full size washer and dryer and 2 car garage. Outside includes private pebble-tec pool and spa, covered gazebo with light and ceiling fan, gas BBQ and a private zen garden with seating and fire pit. Phone service at the house includes unlimited local and long distance calling anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada. Wireless mountain views from the front, sides and rear yards.

Location is literally just up the road from the Palm Springs International Airport. Within a very short drive are movie theatres, shopping, golf courses, restaurants and casinos. Also available at the home are 2 children's bikes and 2 adult bikes for exploring the many miles of bike paths around the desert.

For stays of a month or more a security deposit of $1000 up to $4000 will be collected to secure your reservation.
   
• Other Fees: $150 - cleaning fee $75/nt for pool heating for 1 night stays. $50/nt - $250/week - pool heating fee for rentals from October thru May. $250 - $4000 - security fee (to be refunded if no major damages). Additional security deposit for parties over 6 people. Additional daily charge per person over 6 people. Additional cleaning fee required for over 6 people. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIAL EVENT AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS MAY BE CHARGED SLIGHTLY HIGHER RATE

This home in Palm Springs is conveniently located to walks and downtown, with easy to access to grocery. It's beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub privacy. The bedrooms are spacious and it fit 6 of us quite well. It comes with full kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating (much of it shaded), and a nice atmosphere. We are already trying to plan a return visit next year!

We spent a week in this house. It is perfectly situated in Palm Springs and the house is so wonderful. Glenn was amazing in helping us get set up. The yard and pool are beautiful. We played by the pool all morning and afternoon...cooked in the early evening and partied all night! We enjoyed our stay very, very much. We have already booked the house for next year!

I recently rented this house for a 3 day weekend and it was perfect. Besides the beautiful decor of the house, the backyard was very spacious and tranquil. The owner was very accomodating in the time leading up to the weekend along with our actual stay at the house. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing time at this Peaceful Palm Springs Escape! The house was perfect for our family and the beds were so comfortable. Our 3 year old enjoyed the beautiful pool and the pool toys with his daddy and our baby enjoyed being rocked in the gazebo with the cooling fan above. All our needs were met as the owners thought of every detail to ensure our stay was great! We certainly appreciate them sharing their home with us and we will definitely be returning....soon I hope!

We had a family vacation with 4 adults, 1 teenager, and an infant. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It's beautifully decorated, well stocked with high-end appliances and an amazing pool and spa. The best was Glenn who did everything to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of... even to the extent of picking up groceries for us! We enjoyed taking the bikes on the many paths around. It was truly a relaxing vacation we did a few things around PS but we could have easily stayed at the house the whole time! We spent our days lounging in the sun and our nights in the spa! We highly recommend this property and its manager! We look forward to going back!
