A/C, cooling, updated bath. Easy walk to Taquitz Canyon hiking, downtown, all amenities close by yet VERY private.
Small Pets OK. must first send photo of pet and leave extra deposit. I am flexible as to schedules, and might even consider swapping vacation homes.....

Beautiful place, VERY clean. Pool and waterfall were so nice. Staying longer next time.
