Large Spanish Ranch Style home, located in a quiet neighborhood and has been recently remodeled with many upgrades including a whole house water filter and water softener system. It is located in an area of Palm Springs where old movie stars including Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and Heidi Lamar once lived. This home features a large living/dining/kitchen area - perfect for entertaining. The decor presents a warm eclectic feeling. The Living Room features an entertainment center with large screen HDTV and stereo above a stone gas fireplace. French doors in dining room open to quiet courtyard with outdoor fireplace & dining area w/seating for 8. Spacious landscaped backyard has salt water in ground -heated pool & spa w/panoramic views of San Jacinto Mountains. Pool floats are available as well as bicycles for a ride to the Park only 3 blocks away.

The backyard is completely walled for privacy and has grapefruit, tangerine and orange trees. There is plenty of off street parking for several vehicles.
