center of downtown Palm Springs. This luxury 4 bedroom 3500 square foot home, is perched
on the mountain side, at end of a private road. Montagna is directly across from a
sacred Indian Burial Site and Village Historic Site, where guests can see the original
canals used to bring water to the Village from the Tahquitz Canyon. Beyond these
historic treasures, guests at the 1948 villa also enjoy some of the most beautiful views
of the city and the mountains available in the desert.

World famous architect Albert Frey, whose home is next door on the mountain, designed
the pool and spa at Montagna. While only a 2-block walk to the very heart of downtown
Palm Springs, Montagna is close to everything in the Village. World class dining (44
restaurants are located less than 1 mile away), boutiques, antique shops, historical
sites, entertainment, churches, clinics, theatres, museums and recreation are all at
hand. You can walk to it all!
