You have found it, an awesome studio rental in beautiful Palmer Alaska. Our rental sits on 5 gorgeous acres with a private pond, lots of brilliant green grass for you to enjoy, and fantastic views! Your only neighbor is us - what a relief from the busy city feel of Anchorage. After all, you are in Alaska! The studio is equipped with a brand new and very comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper, futon sleeper, fully kitchen with gas range and refrigerator, full private bath, a freezer for your fish, and microwave.

Where we are located:
- 45 minutes from downtown Anchorage
- Just a couple minutes to downtown Palmer (Fred Meyer/Starbucks, Carrs, McDonalds, DQ, Taco Bell, and many other places to eat)
- Less than 10 minutes to the Reindeer Farm and Pioneer Peak U Pick Farm (both are good friends of ours)
- 5 minutes to the Musk Ox Farm
- 2 1/2 hours to Seward; 1 1/2 hours to Talkeetna; 2 hours to the Kenai River and the Russian River; 25 minutes to Hatcher Pass
- 45 minutes to the Little Su and Deshka Landing (Great fishing spots)
- Great hiking everywhere, some just 2 minutes away
- Minutes to amazing ATV trails (Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours are friends of ours just 5 minutes away)
- 45 minutes to Matanuska Glacier
- Knik Glacier is an amazing ATV ride away that starts just 10 minutes away

There is so much to do up here in Alaska, and Palmer is right in the middle of it!!!
