Area Information

This house is Located on a deep water canal, within view of the pristine Terra Ceia Bay. The aquatic wilderness of Terra Ceia and the Tampa Bay region is world recognized for being one of Florida 's best Fishing destinations. With Tampa Bay providing the Northern border and the Gulf of Mexico due west, all Florida has to offer from fishing, diving and beach relaxation is just beyond the spacious rear deck.

The Home itself is nestled in a private residential neighborhood in Palmetto, Florida. A Lush tropical landscape provides tranquility and privacy while enjoying your Florida hideaway.

Just beyond the cascading swimming pool is over 70 feet of your private, secure dock. The Dock provides mooring for vessels up to 40 feet and at night fall, the water around the dock lights becomes alive with verities of Florida 's Game Fish.
