I Have Stayed At 6 Different Properties In This Area And They All Were Very Nice. However This Property Is The Cream Of The Crop. This Was My Second Stay And Won't Be The Last. The Pool And Spa Were Recently Upgraded To A Superior Condition. The Bathrooms And Bedrooms Are Kept In Brand New Condition With Excellent Tub, Shower And Toilet Utilities. The Tv ( About A 70 Incher) Is Spectacular. All In All It Made For A Great Vacation Home.

Summer Rental

This is our third summer renting this house and we love it. We hope to be able to return again next summer. The Colosanti's (owners) and Marshall (contact in subdivision) are so easy to work with. The living room had recently been remodeled with new flooring and furniture. It was beautiful. The house is in a great location with it being so close to I-75 and I-275.

Feels like home.

As we are about to pack up to leave here after a month, we are sad to be leaving. This area is so peaceful and homey. A great escape from all of the hustle and bustle of the other areas. The outdoor space of this home ( pool, spa, dining and lounging) is unsurpassed in the area. Everyone involved with the care of this home has been superb. Marshall, Kevin, Lisa and a special thanks to the owners for the new grill. We still have many things which we did not get to will be back.

Christmas Vacation Stay

Great stay for my family of five. The pool heater worked once we figured it out. Golfing was quick and easy, and reasonably priced. Location was great for us. Outlet mall within 10 minutes, along w/ most anything else you would need. We took day trips to Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal Studios. The host, Marshall, was very friendly and helpful... all in all it was a great experience.

Q: If i have any questions or problems, who do i call ?
A: We have a local host that lives only 4 doors down the way.
He will be more than happy to give you the guidance and support you would like.
Any local information, or support at the house, He is the go to guy.
You will be given his contact information upon completing your agreement for vacation.
Q: My wife likes to Shop !, is there local shopping areas ?
A: Flea markets, Malls, and Plazas, It's Florida near the coast, there everywhere, and very near this location as well.
You are just 2 minutes from the I-75 & I-375 junction, as well as State Rd 60, there is quick access to many areas along the Gulf Coast.
Q: What beaches are the most desirable to visit ?
A: You are in a location that you can travel 20 minutes to the South-West and be at popular areas of West Bradenton, Anna Marie Island, Long Boat Key, or 20 minutes to the North-West across the Sunshine Bridge and be at the famous St. Pete Beaches, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, or a bit further up the coastline to Indian Rocks, or Reddington Beach
Q: We have Pets, is there a limit of how many pets are allowed ?
A: We have not written limits, we expect that you clean up after your pet, especially if they have an accident indoors. If there are accidents and require extra care to clean up, We will have a cleaning service come into Steam clean the floors at the expense of the security fee that is pre-paid.
Q: Is there a fee for the having our Pets come down ?
A: Yes, We do charge $ 20 per pet per week, only when the pets are small and are kept in a cage do we reduce this fee. This fee is necessary so that we can average the cleaning costs of steam cleaning the floors once or twice annually just in case there was an accident.
Q: Where is the nearest Golf Coarse ?
A: Did you not read the Description of the Property ?
The Property is within the winding Golf Coarse.
The Home is a short walk to the club house.
You are literally between the 3rd and the 4th hole.
