The 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is turn-key furnished, and has all of the comforts of home, including all amenities,looking out to 8th green of golf course. Very clean, close to all Florida attractions. The community has a restaurant, fishing pier, board walk along the bay, tennis courts, fitness center and so much more. The heated 60ft pool is just in front of the villa.Bicycles and Golf equipment, beach chairs and beach towels free.

The community is located only 5 minutes from I-275 making it less than 20 minutes from St. Petersburg or Sarasota, 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton and close to the white sandy beaches. Private shuttle service to International airports Tampa , St Petersburg and Sarasota can be arranged.

Palmetto is located 12 NM North of Sarasota and 40 NM South of Tampa airport. Disney world / Seaworld is 2 hrs, Bushgardens 1 hr, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key or St Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach offer the most attractive beaches at the Gulf of Mexico.
