Beautiful villa in a gated community at Terra Ceia Bay, views of lake, golf course and more. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is turn-key furnished, and has all of the comforts of home, including all amenities. The community has a restaurant, fishing pier, board walk along the bay, heated pools, tennis courts, fitness center and so much more. Bicycles and Golf equipment , beach chairs and beach towels free.

The community is located only 5 minutes from I-275 making it less than 20 minutes from St. Petersburg or Sarasota, 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton and close to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. Private shuttle service to International airports Tampa , St Petersburg and Sarasota can be arranged.

Area Information

Palmetto is located 12 NM North of Sarasota and 40 NM South of Tampa airport. Disney world / Seaworld is 2 hrs, Bushgardens 1 hr, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key or St Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach offer the most attractive beaches at the Gulf of Mexico.
A Variety of Cultural attractions are very close ( Van Wezel Concert Hall, Dali Museum, etc)

Cleanest Rental Villa ever

I was surprised to find such a clean and well kept place. Very comfortable to have the heated pool just in front of the villa. Very nice neighborhood. Executive Golf course is nice for a twilight round.

Our stay at Terra Ceia Bay was a pleasure. The condo was very clean and spacious. It had everything we would need to use and very close to the pool. Certainly took the January "blues" away. We were very happy with this rental experience.
