Magic Sand is a new 2 bedroom 2 bath home directly on a Pink Sand Beach. It has a 1 bedroom efficiency apartment
attached which is rented only if there is a need for a third bedroom. Magic Sand has 126 feet of very private beach with it's own Tiki Hut.

Magic Sand is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a wonderful vacation. You only need to bring a few cloths and swim suit !

Area Information

The area of Double Bay is a rural exclusive neighborhood in central Eleuthera. The houses are spread along 4 miles of one of Eleuthera's beautiful pink sand beachs.

The neighborhood is known for its solitude and privacy. Magic sand is the last house going north in Double Bay It's next neighbor to the north is 1/2 mile away !
