Cabo San Lucas has long been recognized as one of the top destinations in the world for big game fishing. No other destination in the world can rival it for the number and variety of fish caught year round. Even if you are a novice and don't know anything about fishing, Cabo San Lucas is a great place to start your fishing experience. Known as the "Marlin Capital of the World," there are more marlin caught here than any other place on earth; it is not unusual to capture one or even more on your very first trip, whether you are a beginner or an expert. Not only will you experience the thrill of battling a creature of incredible beauty and size, or landing smaller species and eating them, your fishing excursion gives you an opportunity to view the Cape and its landmarks from a unique perspective and often allows you to get a close up look at whales, dolphins and seals.
Cabo San Lucas and the Los Cabos area has become one of North America’s hottest golf destinations and is the number two attraction in Los Cabos. Today there are three Nicklaus designed golf courses in Los Cabos—twenty-seven holes at Palmilla, eighteen holes at the Eldorado Golf Club at Cabo Real, and eighteen holes at Cabo del Sol. To round things out, there are the Robert Trent Jones II designed Cabo Real Golf Club, Dye Corporation designed Raven Golf Club at Cabo San Lucas and the Tom Weiskopf designed eighteen-hole Desert Course at Cabo del Sol along the Tourist Corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas (The two Cabo del Sol courses are 3 km (about 2 miles) from Plaza Calafia). The magnificent terrain is comparable to that found in Arizona and California desert golf courses. What sets Los Cabos apart is the presence of the Sea of Cortez, a sparking water-wonderland of incredile hues reaching as far as the eye can see. Golfers in Cabo San Lucas also have an added bonus...11 months of rain-free vacation play.
Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos offer a wide variety of dining options for everyone from casual local eateries to elegant fine dining in restaurants along the oceanfront. The popular Ristorante Da Giorgio with its magnificent views of El Arco is less than a mile from Plaza Calafia.
As the sun makes its golden way across the western sky, slipping into the Pacific Ocean, the sizzle you hear is the sound of the nightlife heating up in Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos for an evening of great entertainment and adventure. Starting the party on the beach is a great way to enjoy a cool beverage and people watch. Billygan's Island, Las Palmas, Mango Deck or The Office, all on Medano Beach, are popular lively locations, but as the sun sets it's time to experience all that Los Cabos nightlife has to offer. The night starts with sunset and for some, it's the most magical time. Sunsets may be viewed from any number of bars and restaurants in Cabo San Lucas. For those who like to party, Cabo San Lucas has some kind of nightlife entertainment for everyone. A visit to Cabo Wabo Cantina,The Giggling Marlin Bar & Grille, Hard Rock Café, and El Squid Roe is a must for your Cabo San Lucas party vacation.

Vacationing in Cabo San Lucas was never so relaxing or exciting as when we stayed at Cabo Bello for ten days in June. The location is close enough to enjoy the wonderful restaurants in the city but removed enough to enjoy the quiet and solitude of a secluded get-a-way. The condo unit was equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and the grounds and pools were exceptionally clean and inviting. The private beach is just minutes away. On our next trip to Cabo I will definitely stay at Cabo Bello.

This condo is nestled in the perfect location between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose. The complex is very nice with two swimming pools/spas. I really enjoyed the private beach which was just a short walk down an incredible stone spiral staircase. The condo itself is very roomy with two bedrooms, two full baths and a full kitchen with an eat at bar. . Downtown Cabo is just a few miles up the road the other direction where there are plenty of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. We were fortunate enough to be there for New Years eve and enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show over the ocean from both Cabo and San Jose right from our balcony.
