This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located inside Plaza Calafia in the Cabo Bello development, a gated community with 24 hour security. It is located about 4 miles outside of the town of Cabo San Lucas in an area known as the Cabo Corridor. The complex consists of several three story buildings situated around a garden area with two pools. Both pools have barbecue areas equipped with grills and clean-up sinks, the family pool has a whirlpool and there is free wireless internet service in the adult pool area. The water supply in Cabo is either spring fed groundwater or piped directly from the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains and is generally very pure. While bottled water is still the norm for drinking, precautions used in other parts of Mexico like avoiding ice and salads are not necessary in Cabo.

The kitchen/dining area has all the comforts: dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender and a full stock of dishes, glasses, pots and pans.The living area has 2 sofas, television with new DVD/VCR unit, the second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and bath with shower. The master bedroom has a oversized king bed, a huge dresser( with snorkeling equipment, beach gear, chairs and umbrellas), closet and a shower. The TV has Plaza Calafia cable service that includes several English language channels. The balcony has a sitting area and a breath taking view. Right outside the condo door you will find a pathway that leads you down a spiral staircase to the semi private beach, Cabo Bello, that has the best snorkeling in all of Cabo.

Cabo Bello Beach has a small stand that sells drinks and rents sea kayaks, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. However, the condo already has all the snorkeling gear for two.There is a small area on the right side of the beach that is protected from the waves for snorkeling and has beautiful tropical fish. Medano Beach is the main safe swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas and the most popular. You'll find it easy to rent the water toy of your choice, from high-powered wave runners, to quiet sea kayaks. Access to this beach is available through any of the hotels and restaurants along this long stretch of beach. Lover's Beach, is a must see, but to get to this hidden cove you'll need to hire a water taxi at the marina. You will get an informative tour of the diving areas around the arch (El Arco) and Lover's Beach, and will then go around the popular point for a wonderful view of the dramatic area where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Plan on spending the better part of the day enjoying Lover's Beach and the striking wind and water shaped rock formations; your skipper will come back for you at a pre-determined time...all for one price. For the more adventurous, you can rent a sea kayak at Medano Beach and paddle across to Lover’s Beach.
