Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit is located in The Summit on the 10th floor on the center of the building (Unit 1016), just above the pools. The view of the gulf is stunning. This unit is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals. A microwave oven, blender and automatic coffee-maker serve your convenience. The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker. A private washerdryer is ready for your clothes. There are two color television sets with cable, a VCR/DVD player, and a stereo. With a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, this unit will sleep up to six people. Linens and towels are all included. parking is beach front instead of aross the street. Turn the key and start your vacation.

I also use this AD to rent another unit at the Summit, the same resort. They are all same size, same layout with same amenities & views of the beach.

My wife and I stay'd at the Summit Condo Resort, we were in Susan Chens condo it was beutiful and clean, nicely decorated and the view of the gulf was picture perfect, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. If you want to go to Panama City Beach I would encourage you to book a room with Susan Chen, we rented from her last year and will do so next year and the years to come her rates are very reasonable and we know what we are going to get. We call it our second home. Oh yeah every thing you need is going to be there too. So realy all we can say is thank you so much "Susan" for making our vacation so relaxing. We can't wait to do it again.
