Calypso Resort next to Pier Park

What a wonderful condo! We took our teenage son and two of his buddies. Could not of been a better location with Pier Park so close and the beach as nice as any we have eveer seen. Had a problem getting back deposit on an electric golf cart from California Cars, be careful!!!

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Calypso. Several areas of PCB are a bit dicey for families and teens but this was perfect! Pier Park Mall was easily accessible by foot and seemed classy and safe. The beach was clean and, with the beach service included, we always had a spot available. One pool was nice and warm but the unheated was too cold to swim in. Overall, this was a perfect location and a beautiful condo in which to call home for the week. We will definitely remember this one again!

My family of four stayed at this beautiful condo for a week. We had a wonderful time!!:-))You could not ask for a better location and condo to stay in at Panama City Beach. It was great having the chairs and an umberella waiting for us everyday at the beach!! BIG PLUS!! The family atmosphere that Calypso offers was outstanding!! We could leave our stuff right on the beach every night w/out any worries!! Also, having Pier Park right behind us was wonderful! Great shopping!! AND, everything else you would want to do in Panama City is located within 1 to 10 miles of you - it was WONDERFUL!! We enjoyed eating at Longhorns, Chow Time (best Crablegs and shrimp you'll ever eat), Pineapple Willies, and Sharky's. We hope to stay here again next year and any other years we come back to Panama City!! Thanks again for sharing your condo with us!! Sherrie King & Family

The beach was so clean and beautiful. The condo was everything I expected and more. We wanted to be as close to Pier park as possible. Our condo was the closest condo to pier park and was within walking distance. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo.

This condo was more than perfect. It is beautiful inside and out. I felt like I was at home the entire time. The beds are really comfortable which is usually hard to find. It is located within walking distance from pier park which was perfect for us. We come to Panama City Beach every year and we will stay here every year from now on. There is not a better place to stay.

This condo is everything you ask for and more. Beautifully decorated and awesome view. The staff at Calypso were very nice and helpful. The beach is beautiful and Pier Park is the best. I would definitely stay here again. The nicest condo I have ever stayed in.

We had such a wonderful week in your condo and hope to return. We felt right at home and couldn't have asked for more. Friendly staff, heated pools, beautiful beaches and close to Pier Park...don't miss Shell Island. Our teenagers visited Pier Park and had a great time...we felt totally safe and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and communication was great. Highly Recommend!!!

Just got home and unpacked from a wonderful stay in your condo at the Calypso. Beautiful view, alot of space, most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in, great staff, and a lot of happy memories, and the wonderful food at the Calypso Restaurant right across the street. The only thing that I would change is that each room would have assigned lounge chairs for the beach. Thanks again for letting us stay in your condo. Hope we can have it for the same time next year.

Our family travels to PCB every year for vaca-and we found our slice of heaven at this property! I opened the door and stood in awe at the beautiful accomodations that were prepared for us. This year's trip was a total success and all beacuse of the comfort of this 'home away from home'. The front desk staff was super friendly and professional. This particular condo was cleaned to a tee with a touch of OCD. We were so happy there. :) I am going to book next year's trip ASAP! At home now looking back, I know I've left a piece of my heart right there at the calypso. Thank you ever so much for letting us stay at your luxurious place at the beach!

I do not have one complaint about staying in this condo. It was very clean and felt much like home. Two of my favorite things was there was plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. I definately plan on staying there again. It was a wonderful beach vacation.

Unit is very nicely furnished and has a great view of the gulf. We did not use any of the many amenities available at the resort, as we were here for another purpose. My family did like the proximity to the Pier Park shops. Reservations over the WEB were not a problem. Resort staff were great. Over all a great place to stay. We will be back next year.

The condo was as nice as we remember and the new Pier Park was very convenient. Even FAY did not ruin our vaca as we enjoyed relaxing and watching the waves roll in from the balcony. Can't wait til they get the fishing pier finished for even more activities within walking distance. Thanks, Bud!!

We loved our stay, the staff and facilities were amazing. We went to pier park several times to eat and shop and the water was beautiful. OUr condo was spacious and well furnished.

The check in process was not a pleasent expierence. I approached the ck in desk at 3:00 and was told ck in time was not until 4:00 which was fine, we went and had an early dinner and returned at 4:00pm. The room was not ready. Everyone seemed to be having trouble locating a luggage cart so I sent my daughters on a search. They had to search all 23 floors on both sides, a total of 46 elevator stops, to locate a cart. It was 4:30pm by the time we started loading (the room was not ready but I had the idea to load up and take the cart to the room and wait due to I was traveling with my toddler grandson and the sooner we could get in the room the better)! The cleaning staff came out of the room around 5:00pm and we then entered the room. At 6:30pm the staff called me to tell me the room was ready and gave me the access code to the room. The next issue was getting a chair at the pool. If you wanted a chair you had to be in line no later than 8:45am or all the chairs would be taken.

Calypso was a great place to stay very family oriented. Beautiful rooms that were very spacious and I loved the fact that even though there was 8 people in the room we never felt crowded. The view was spectacular and it didn't hurt that we could just walk right over to Pier Park. The only thing I would have to say was a bit of a downer was the television in the master suite went out on Sunday night and we reported it 3 times and there was never replaced. You would have to chase someone down with a luggage cart so that you get have one to use because there was never any when you needed one. Othere than that we had a great vacation, very relaxing overall an awesome first expierence for us visiting the gulf and Calypso. I would highly recommend it and we will probably stay there again if we go back.

We had a great vacation at your condo and wanted you to know how much we did love it. The pools were GREAT, the condo was excellent. Everything we needed was right there! The Calypso restraunt had great food and we had dinner there a couple of times in our 9 days. I loved the Beach everything was so family friendly! we cant wait to go back!
